Qualifications:
- Graduate of
any four-year science or engineering degree program (preferably
Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related
field).
- Preferably
with experience in administrative, procurement, logistics, or documentation
tasks in an academic or research setting.
- With working
knowledge in laboratory setup, sample preparation, or execution of basic
laboratory experiments; experience with laboratory safety protocols is an
advantage.
- Strong
ability to draft, proofread, format, and organize technical documents,
reports, and research outputs.
- Adept in the
use of computer applications for documentation, data organization, and
communication (e.g., MS Office Suite, PDF tools,
spreadsheets).
- Demonstrated
communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple
stakeholders (faculty, research assistants, suppliers, and administrative
units).
- Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling simultaneous tasks with
minimal supervision.
- Willing to
learn new laboratory techniques, administrative workflows, and
project-related processes.
- Willing to
work full-time on a research project and commit to the project
duration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and
coordinate all administrative-related paperwork, including procurement of
materials, chemicals, equipment, and processing of official travel
documents necessary for project implementation;
- Prepare and
organize pertinent documents, forms, and materials required for research
activities, logistics, and monitoring visits;
- Assist in the
design, setup, and execution of laboratory and field experiments while
ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, laboratory rules, and
standard operating procedures;
- Contribute to
drafting, reviewing, and proofreading technical and progress reports,
including summarizing experimental results and observations;
- Assist in
drafting, editing, and formatting scientific journal articles and
conference papers, including data presentation, literature review, and
compliance with journal and publisher guidelines.
