Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, or a related
field
- Strong
programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or
similar
- Experience
with Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,
PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Familiarity
with data processing, model training, validation, and performance
evaluation
- Experience
handling structured and unstructured datasets
- Understanding
of basic statistics and machine learning concepts
- Experience
with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong
problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good
technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a research or development
team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Graduate with
a Bachelor’s DegreeDevelop, implement, and optimize software for
training AI and machine learning models
- Prepare and
preprocess datasets for model training, validation, and
testing
- Train,
fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models to improve accuracy and
performance
- Analyze model
outputs and conduct error analysis to guide improvements
- Collaborate
with annotators and researchers to ensure high-quality training
data
- Maintain
clear documentation of model architectures, experiments, and performance
results
- Assist in
integrating trained models into testing or deployment environments when
needed
- Support
troubleshooting and debugging of AI-related software
components
- Assist in
preparing quarterly project reports, technical documentation, and research
papers related to AI model development and results
- Contribute to
research discussions, experiments, and technical planning
- Perform other
project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Leader or Technical
Lead
