Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Information
Technology).
- Relevant
administrative experience, preferably in government projects.
- Proficiency
in MS Office (Word, Excel), good written and verbal communication, and
organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document
& File Management: Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital
project files, records, and reports.
- Travel &
Logistics: Facilitate pre- and post-travel documents and assist in
logistics for project activities/experiments.
- Honoraria
& Payroll: Draft documents for project honoraria and monitor the
processing of salaries for contract-of-service (COS)
personnel.
- Meeting &
Communication Support: Draft minutes of meetings (MoM), coordinate
schedules, and manage incoming/outgoing communications with
stakeholders.
- Financial
& Procurement Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, prepare and submit
quarterly financial reports using DOST-GIA forms, and manage
procurement-related documents (purchase requests, invoices,
receipts).
- Performs
necessary tasks assigned by the Project Leader
